Terms of service

How to commission and what to expect

•Contact me first. To begin a commission I will need to accept the commission, then I would further discuss what is to be expected from myself during the process. This includes important information such as deadlines, information / important details regarding your commission such as your wants and needs, payment and so on. I will not accommodate on your behalf for failing to communicate with me during the process. However, I can fix small or minor details for you during or in the end of the commission to ensure that you are happy with the final product.

•Full payment is required. I accept payment after the initial sketch. Failure to proceed with the payment after the initial sketch will slow down the commission process. Please understand that after 3 days upon receiving the initial sketch, the commission will be terminated if the payment is not received within this time frame. Half and half payments are not accepted so please do not ask for this option as payment is expected to be in full up front. I also do not accept any forms of mixed payment such as digital currency such as, but not limited to, cryptocurrency. Payment will ONLY be accepted through PayPal.

• Refunds function on a case-by-case basis. For whatever reason you decide to have your money sent back to you, a refund may be up for discussion. However, I will only refund a payment for my services if no progress on your commission has been made. Please understand that I will however not be taking refunds after the initial sketch has been completed.

•Payment will come through Paypal invoices. After confirming the information regarding your commission and upon your satisfaction with the initial sketch , I will send a request for your Paypal email address in order to send you the invoice. The commission will not be completed until the payment is received through an invoice.

•USD is the only accepted currency with some exceptions. Since PayPal converts currency, I may be willing to accept your commission but please discuss this with me early on during the commission process. However, I have the right to refuse a commission due to currency related issues. If conversion costs occur, I expect you to cover the difference. Thank you for understanding.

•Commissions may be worked out-of-order. To put it simply, I may complete commissions in no set order which means I may work on one commission before another one despite the order they came in. So if a detailed commission comes in first then a simple commission comes in after, I may work on the simple commission to reduce work load. Please have patience with me during the process. Please keep in mind that regardless commissions will be completed before or on the agreed deadline, if any is set.

•Please inform me about any deadlines. If you are commissioning my artwork for events such as gifts, holidays, etc please inform me. This will allow me to accommodate for said deadline to ensure your art is received before or on said date. I am also willing to delay posting art in instances such as gifts for friends or other events. However, please understand that life is full of surprises. In the occurrence that I am unable to meet a deadline, I will inform you as soon as possible.

up fees

•There is the possibility that your request may require additional fees. Although the chances are small, some additional items, overly complex designs, or anything that may take more time than expected may result in an additional fee. I will let you know in advance if an up fee would be required. Any price changes won’t be excessive and can be negotiated.

I will not draw the following:

• illegal stuff or themes
• limited blood

I am willing to draw:

• humans
• men/women
• muscles
• artwork with multiple characters
• animals
• backgrounds
• furries/kemono
•Complicated designs to a certain extent
• NSFW (including kinks)* NSFW commissions will require you to verify your age.
*If you are unsure, feel free to ask maybe we can work something out

T.O.S

• Prices are valued per-character.
If you decide to commission a piece that has more than one character, the price will adjust accordingly to the number of added characters within the artwork.

• Reselling/reproducing my artwork is not allowed for any reason. This includes, but is not limited too, mass reproduction in the form of merchandise such as t-shirts, stickers, household items, etc. on websites such as RedBubble or any other similar merchandise stores. You are NOT permitted to sell my art via Non Fungible Token (NFT) or any form of cryptocurrency

•You do not own the copyright of any paid commissions. When commissioning me, you are paying for my skills used to create the artwork as well as the time spent to create your personalized art to your request. You are not buying or paying for the copyright ownership of said artwork, and I reserve the right to deny the usage of my artwork during any time for any reason.

•Editing, reuploading, or using my artwork outside of my permission is prohibited without my direct consent. Commissioners wanting to use my artwork for things such as profile pictures/pfps are allowed as long as you do not take credit for my artwork. Please refrain from editing my artwork in any form outside of small things such as cropping or adjusting colors. If you would like to make any changes please contact me for further details.

•By commissioning me and upon completing of a transaction, it means you have fully read and understand the details here and agree to all of the terms of service outlined.
